Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions in Moore, Oklahoma is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule visits, and promote services to existing customers. You will also follow up on reviews and provide general support to keep our customers confident we will take care of them.

Essential Job Functions

• Call customers from prior day for quality check

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role
• Inbound and outbound call volume experience
• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: In-office
