Donnelly’s is seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our in-office team in Plymouth Township, PA. You will convert inbound calls into booked service appointments and perform outbound outreach to drive bookings and member care.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, organization, and a sales mindset, with training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a call center environment.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Sales mentality a plus!
• Service Titan experience a plus! (But not required!)

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• 75% of this position will be outbounding phone calls.
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary.
• Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers.
• Make service appointments and input customer data into database.
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!).
