Job summary

Donnelly’s in Harmonville, PA is seeking a dedicated call-center representative to convert calls into service appointments and handle outbound outreach. This in-office role runs Thursday to Sunday, 7am–6pm, with performance incentives and a strong emphasis on customer care.

Earn $23–$27 per hour depending on skills and experience, with bonuses, PTO, holidays, and family-friendly benefits. Growth and ongoing training are part of our team culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a call center environment.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Sales mentality a plus! Service Titan experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• 75% of this position will be outbounding phone calls.
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary.
• Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers.
• Make service appointments and input customer data into database.
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!).
