Floral Image North America (FINA) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to drive new business and support existing customers in the field. This full-time role is based remotely with 100% territory travel from Phoenix, AZ.

You will build relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and provide personalized recommendations while traveling within your territory. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, plus a valid driver's license.

Floral Image North America (FINA) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently in the field, and representing creative, eye-catching products that make a lasting impression.

As a CSSR, you’ll be the face of FINA within your assigned territory—supporting existing customers, driving new business, refreshing floral arrangements, and expanding our customer base.

What You’ll Do

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer experience

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $50,000.00 /Yr.
