Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to ensure our flowers are beautifully displayed in every store you visit and to delight shoppers with vibrant arrangements. You will work a planned route, restock and monitor inventory, use a mobile device to report activities, and interact professionally with store staff and customers.

The role requires physical work and early morning shifts, with seasonal peaks from November to May.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds, and to bend, stretch, and lift above shoulders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons by ensuring stores are prepared for peak demand (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities.

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am to 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
