Job summary

Floral Image North America is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our field-friendly team. You’ll be the face of the company in your territory, supporting existing customers, driving new business, and showcasing our creative floral products.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 100% within an assigned territory. A vehicle and tech gear are provided, and training is ongoing to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Attend company training, trade shows, and industry events.
