Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a bank teller to process money transactions and assist customers in a fast-paced office setting. Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday hours, the role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

You will open/close accounts, handle deposits, cash checks, issue money orders, and answer questions about rates, services, and charges while following bank policies and privacy rules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This position is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday hours.Summary/ObjectiveThis position is responsible for the processing of money transactions accurately and efficiently, assisting with customers with multiple needs, and maintaining camaraderie with co-workers in a fast paced professional environment.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Cashes checks by verifying endorsement and checking proper identification, determining availability of funds based on regulation requirements5. Answers basic customer questions regarding interest rates, services offered, service charges, and provide account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.6. Accept loan payments; verify payments; and issues receipts.7. Issue personal money orders and cashier’s checks8.
