Job summary

Paycom - ATS in the United States (Kansas, McLouth) is seeking a part-time bank teller to handle financial transactions accurately and assist customers with diverse needs in a fast-paced office setting.

The role involves opening/closing accounts, processing deposits, handling checks, and providing information on services while adhering to privacy and regulatory requirements. Training will be provided and schedules will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close accounts.
• Process deposits and issue receipts of deposits.
• Identify counterfeit currency and answer basic questions.
• Cash checks by verifying endorsement and determining availability of funds.
• Answer questions regarding interest rates, services, disclosures and privacy policies.
• Accept loan payments; verify payments; issue receipts.
• Issue personal money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Follow bank policies and procedures.
