Job summary

Animal Care of Oradell, a small privately owned veterinary clinic in Oradell, NJ, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team of animal care professionals. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will greet clients and pets with warmth, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain records with compassion.

Training is available, and after training you will handle check-ins/outs, payments, prescription requests, and day-to-day

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Animal Care of Oradell, a small privately owned veterinary clinic in Oradell, NJ, is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team of animal care professionals!

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for both pets and the people who love them. Primary Responsibilities

Training is available for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude!

After training, primary responsibilities will include:
