Job summary

Animal Care of Oradell, a small privately owned veterinary clinic in Oradell, NJ, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team of animal care professionals. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will greet clients and pets with warmth, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain records with compassion.

Training is available, and after training you will handle check-ins/outs, payments, prescription requests, and day-to-day

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Checking clients in and out while processing payments accurately.
• Managing multiple phone lines and handling client questions.
