Ace Sanitary is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers, process orders, prepare quotes, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Customer Service Representative

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers, process orders, prepare quotes, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with outside sales, operations, and other departments to create a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Experience reading blueprints is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and an office environment is preferred but not required

• Safely navigate a manufacturing environment
• Sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking
• Use a computer and other standard office equipment

Salary Range: $22-$27 hourly with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.
