Job summary

ProLogistix in Kansas is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email, perform data entry tasks, and coordinate with the warehouse to resolve inquiries. The role requires accuracy, adherence to procedures, and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am–4pm) with opportunities to grow and develop within a team-focused environment at the distribution center.

Qualifications

• 3 months recent experience in distribution center or warehouse is a plus
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the full shift
• Experience with technology – phones, warehouse computers is a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
