Job summary

Norsk Hydro in Mountain Top, PA is seeking an entry-level Material Handler for the 3rd shift to safely lift and prepare aluminum products for shipment. You will build bundles, move materials to the packing station, and ensure clean data entry and workspace organization.

No prior experience is required; high school diploma or GED accepted. The role offers a shift differential of $0.39/hour, retirement savings with company match, education assistance, and potential bonus plan eligibility,

Responsibilities

• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Build, wrap, and secure bundles of aluminum material.
• Move aluminum pieces and packing materials to the packing station.
• Cut wood pieces and operate a radial wood saw to prepare bundles for shipment.
• Enter and check data in the computer and maintain a clean work area.

Starting Rate of pay:

$19.16/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

3rd Shift
9:45 PM – 5:45 AM

Shift Premium:

$0.39/hour extra for shift differential
