Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries and providing timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with product selection, and coordinate services like pricing, expediting, billing and claims. The position offers a stable schedule, benefits, and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
