Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Memphis to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and handling requests with timely, professional care.

You will engage with customers on ongoing basis, sell Graybar goods on inbound calls, and coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, and billing. Strong communication and a proactive, courteous attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers by phone or written correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Experience in retail or counter sales is a plus.
