Ampstek is seeking a Customer Service Representative to input order requests into multiple systems, verify accuracy, and prepare data for entry. This role is non-customer-facing and works with internal points of contact to ensure correct submission of orders for federal accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and experience with data integrity and security policies. Remote USA position.

Qualifications

• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Enter data from source documents into computer systems and forms.
• Non-customer-facing role with limited interaction with customers.
• GSA background check for working with Federal accounts.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location : USA- Remote

The Role

The Customer Service Rep's (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.
