Job summary

Airtech Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Care representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers booking service, repairs, and installations.

You will answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the field team while providing excellent service in a fast-paced office environment. Location is on-site, with a department of Customer Care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (home services, trades, or call center a plus).
• Strong phone, email, and computer skills
• Great attitude and attention to detail
