Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, process requests, quote pricing, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining strong records and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to pricing and quotations, product availability and delivery schedules.
• Provide order status updates, returns and credits, and order expediting.
• Provide technical product assistance and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure high service levels.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to:

• Product literature and documentation
• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
