Job summary

Transit Team, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Metro Mobility Demand Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company in every interaction with clients. The role focuses on answering calls, booking ride requests, and explaining policies for the Metro Mobility program in the Twin Cities area.

On-site shifts are available, with pay at $18.25 per hour. Ideal candidates have strong communication and computer skills, a clean background, and familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls.
• Book ride requests for customers.
• Cancel ride requests as needed.
• Provide ride ETA data and updates.
• Explain Metro Mobility policies to customers.

Transit Team is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area. As a Metro Mobility Demand Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients. The Metro Mobility Demand service is designed to serve certified Metro Mobility riders in the Twin Cities metro area. Daily job duties include: answering customer phone calls, booking ride requests for customers, canceling rides requests, providing ride ETA data, making outgoing calls to customers informing customers of their next day’s ride times and explaining the policies regarding Metro Mobility system and service.

On-Site shifts available:

Friday - Monday 7:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $18.25/hr

Qualifications:

• Clean criminal record

• Good communication and computer skills

• Prior customer service skills a plus

• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area
