Job summary

Radio Frequency Co. is seeking a motivated individual to support customer order fulfilment and service coordination from our Millis, MA location.

The role involves processing sales orders, handling returns, and coordinating on-site technician visits while managing spare parts and quotations. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer service or order fulfilment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute sales orders; manage aspects of customer order fulfilment.
• Manage and process sales return authorizations and the customer returns process.
• Liaise with customers to schedule technician on-site service calls.
• Manage spare parts and service quotations.
• Maintain sales/marketing department files and accurate parts lists and pricing.

Role Responsibilities

• Processing and distributing sales orders, responsible for managing aspects of Customer Order fulfilment
• Managing and processing sales return authorizations, managing all aspects of the Customer Returns process
• Customer liaison for scheduling technician on-site service calls
• Manage all aspects of spare parts and service quotations
• Maintaining the sales and marketing dept files
• Maintain an accurate parts list and sales price
