Job summary

Pico Propane, part of Meritum Energy Holdings, is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our Miami team. You will support customers and operations by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records to help our day-to-day propane service run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in high-volume customer service, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings preferred.
• Propane industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person and provide product/service information.
• Collect and enter orders for products or services.
• Field questions and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Assist dispatch coordination and scheduling of drivers and technicians.
• Support administrative tasks and compliance-related needs.

The Customer Service Representative will support both customers and operations by proactively addressing inquiries, coordinating service needs, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure day-to-day processes run efficiently.
