Job summary

APAS – A Professional Aviation Services Corp. in Miami is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison between our customers and our internal MRO operations.

You will manage assigned accounts, provide updates on repair status, quotes, approvals, and deliveries, and coordinate across Production, Quality, Sales, and Shipping to move work orders forward. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; aviation/MRO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, or MRO environments.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Experience with quoting, work orders, and customer account follow-up.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support assigned customer accounts.
• Provide timely updates on repair status, turnaround times (TAT), quotes, approvals, and deliveries.
• Prepare and follow up on repair quotes and customer approvals.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to keep work orders moving.
• Proactively communicate delays, changes, and solutions to customers.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and quote-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and work order information in company systems.
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, or MRO environments.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Experience with quoting, work orders, and customer account follow-up.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
