Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to manage a fast-paced front office and deliver excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle vehicle check-ins, assist with insurance questions, and maintain daily records. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.
