Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center – Northglenn East, CO is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage a busy front desk, answer calls, and coordinate appointments in a full-time role. You will handle check-ins, updates on repairs, and insurance questions while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, organized, reliable, and comfortable with computers. Automotive experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
