CSRs serve as the information hub / sales and operations support function of the company. Managing customer orders and forecasts, working heavily in Excel and the ERP system (Epicor), tracking priorities, coordinating with production internally and suppliers externally, and figuring out what needs attention first when many things may be moving all at once!
