Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a long-established precision manufacturer in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role serves as an information hub, handling orders and forecasts and coordinating with production to keep information flowing across a busy operation.

The successful candidate will work in Excel to organize data, triage priorities, respond to questions, and maintain accurate customer records while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Customer Service Representative

Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area experiencing significant growth. As the company expands, they are adding an important Customer Service professional to help support customers and keep information flowing across a busy manufacturing operation.

This isn't a call-center type of customer service role. It's much more of an information hub — managing customer orders and forecasts, working in Excel, tracking priorities, coordinating with production and other departments, and figuring out what needs attention next when several things are happening at once.

The work may include:
