Job summary

Browning Insurance Agency in Matthews, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet clients, answer calls, explain policies, and support account management.

This hybrid role offers a base of $2,000 per month with potential to reach $60,000 annually through commissions and bonuses. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and NC/SC P&C licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• NC/SC Property and Casualty Licenses required.
• Previous Allstate experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.
• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account management.
• Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team by providing customer information and generating leads.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
