Job description

The Customer Service Associate will assist our walk-in customers directly, coordinate closely with our outside sales force, drivers, and warehouse personnel to meet our customers' needs in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves providing counter sales, phone assistance, and other support to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to learn our products and develop a career in sales or management within our industry.

Qualifications:

1. Experience assisting customers with purchasing needs, either walk-ins or over the phone.
2. Interest in developing new sales opportunities through calls to potential customers.
3. Intermediate computer skills to enter sales orders and cash transactions into company software.
4. Reliable, safe, and a team player.
5. Embrace the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
6. Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
7. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
8. Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
9. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
