Key Responsibilities

• Fully manage all incoming and outgoing repairs, from intake through completion.

• Work closely with the service team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and documentation throughout the repair process.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a service coordinator or manager, within watch repair or a related field.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of watches, from low-end quartz movements to luxury automatic timepieces from brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Cartier, and more.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
• Able to work quickly and flexibly, adapting to changing deadlines and time constraints.
• Highly organized with strong time-management ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience Required
