What’s The Role About:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative with strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills who thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment. The Customer Service Representative will facilitate Puffco's relationship with our customers by addressing queries and complaints across various communication channels. You will fit right in if you love connecting with customers, learning about our products, and providing best‑in‑class customer support.

This hands‑on position would suit a self‑motivated, results‑oriented individual who is comfortable in a casual, fast‑paced environment. You are the first person that our customers contact when they have an issue. The speed, technical accuracy, and respect you share with the community every day are at the core of whether a prospect chooses to be a Puffco advocate. This role is extremely critical for our success as Puffco is a deeply authentic brand that aims to differentiate by providing high quality in each customer interaction.

This role requires occasional in‑office work based out of our Downtown Los Angeles HQ.

The compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $27.00/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skill set.
