Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Littleton, CO is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate. You will address customer inquiries, process orders, enter data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, updating customers on order status, and supporting multiple departments to resolve issues, while delivering professional service and accurate data entry.

Job Summary

This person will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries, providing feedback to business units, data entry, and answering questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry level position (1+ years' minimum experience) that will be responsible for managing customer relationships in a specified market base as outlined in Oldcastle's SOPs. The primary functions are to enter orders and estimates, and answer calls in a timely and respectful manner. Candidate must be solution-driven in any interactions with customers, both internal and external.

This position will be based out of our location in Littleton, CO.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation

• This role has a range of $30-$32/hr + 5% annual bonus
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year
• Sick leave benefits up to 56 hours per annum
