Taylor Gas, Heating & Air in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer calls, process service requests, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills is a must.
• Experience with ServiceTitan and/or Cargas is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Customer service, administrative, dispatch, or call center experience is a plus.

• Process service requests, customer orders, and account applications.
• Assist customers with propane delivery, HVAC service requests, account inquiries, and general questions.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information.
• Support accounts receivable and administrative tasks.
• Handle emergency service escalations when needed.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on customer requests.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Position Overview

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll assist with propane delivery and HVAC service requests, answer questions, schedule service, and support daily office operations. Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
• Rotational Saturday hours from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM during the busy winter season, as needed.
• Rotational on-call schedule with additional compensation for after-hours emergency support.
