Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Lewiston, ID seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to help manage orders from inquiry to delivery. The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering high-quality service in a busy sign center.

You will learn to prepare estimates, process work orders, coordinate with teams, and support marketing and business plans. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and contribute to the Center's success.
• Work with customers via email, phone, in person and on their business location.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications For FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative
