Job description

• Providing exceptional customer service consistent with core service standards and metrics
• Providing information to prospective customers, initiating new service and properly setting up customer accounts
• Dispatching technicians to scheduled appointments
• Adjusting errors and handling customer concerns
• Maintaining good customer relationships

The main function is routing and scheduling.

• Catching up on previous messages and handling last‑minute reschedules.
• Daily deposits and accounts payable (paying vendors).
• Data entry and entering customer contracts/service agreements (from HSIs/sales guys).
• Taking payments.
• Making outgoing collection calls (varies from 10–15 calls on busy days to 30–60 on slow days).
• Assisting with month‑end close processes (with a checklist).
