WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?

Schedule: Your role as a Customer Service Representative will require you to work 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility for some weekends and nights may be needed as well.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software Platform
• High-level expertise using phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
• Practical experience and methodology for efficient dispatching
• Ability to assist customers with scheduling, answering service questions, and troubleshooting issues
• Ability to work with technicians to ensure satisfaction and job accuracy
• Motivation to work independently and multitask
• Bilingual abilities (a plus)
