Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team for weekend shifts from 7am to 3pm in Lancaster, PA.

The role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, providing information, and performing light clerical duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, basic computer skills, and 2 years CSR experience preferred. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401K.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors, provides assistance, information and direction.
• Answers telephone, provides information, transfers calls to proper departments or individuals.
• Contacts designated individuals during emergency situations as directed by Administration or nursing supervisor.
• Uses intercom to page individuals, make announcements.
• Uses intercom to announce emergency situations, fire/disaster drills and testing of fire alarms.
• Completes any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is a 446-bed long term care facility with a beautiful campus in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team every weekend 7am to 3pm. This is a Part Time position.

Position Summary: To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees, and other persons utilizing the facilities and grounds. Interacts, directs, provides information for residents, families, and the general public. Performs general clerical duties and routine typing duties.
