The role offers a stable schedule with Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and an early Friday finish, $22.00-$25.00/hour based on experience, and a benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4%

Qualifications

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit, supportive team in Janesville, WI! In this role, you will act as the key link between customers and internal sales, production, and warehouse teams. If you excel at problem-solving, calculating specs accurately, and keeping communication flowing smoothly across departments, this position offers great pay and a reliable, set schedule with early Friday finishes. Must have strong math skills, excellent communication abilities, and reliable transportation to Janesville, WI.

• Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Great Benefits: Upon full-time conversion, the client pays 90% of your health insurance premium (eligible after 30 days), plus life insurance and 401(k) with a 4% match
• Great Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and early release on Fridays at 4:00 PM (no weekends!)
• Work Environment: Collaborative, cross-departmental team setting

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming customer calls and emails regarding questions, new orders, and product inquiries.
• Process new orders, execute order modifications, and issue accurate quotes using Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Use math skills to compute sizes, metric conversions, dimensions, and order pricing.
• Coordinate internally across sales, production, and warehouse channels to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any conflicts.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with a calm, professional, and solution-focused mindset.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong math proficiency required for dimensions, measurements, and order calculations.
• Proven background in customer service, order management, or administrative office support.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for both phone calls and internal team messaging.
• Comfort using computers and software tools (Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Dynamics or ERP experience is a plus).
