About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions
• Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Assist customers with product-related questions, technical support, and service inquiries
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved
• Work closely with the technical support team to escalation and resolve more complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer input and experiences
• Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance metrics

You'll Excel in This Role If You

• Have 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (ideally in a tech environment)
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Are solution-oriented with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Have a positive, friendly demeanor that helps build rapport with customers
• Are comfortable using customer service software and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
• Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
• Are a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage your time effectively
• Are passionate about providing top-tier customer experiences and making a difference for clients
• Bonus: Familiarity with technical support or experience in the tech industry
