Job summary

Burnett Specialists in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced team. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, take orders, provide product information, and enter data into ERP systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and strong communication in a family-owned, stable company.

Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package. Prior AS400/ERP experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Experience taking orders and processing customer requests.
• Comfortable with multiple computer programs and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately over the phone.
• Provide product information and answer questions.
• Enter orders into computer systems and process written orders.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate.
