Job summary

Donnelly's is seeking a results-driven professional for an in-office, full-time role. You will convert incoming calls into service appointments, with a strong emphasis on outbound calling and member-based outreach. The position offers opportunities for bonuses, growth, and continuous training.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a call center, 2 years in customer service, and a proactive, organized approach. Service Titan experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• 75% of this position will be outbounding phone calls.
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary.
• Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers.
• Make service appointments and input customer data into database.
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!)
