Job summary

Donnelly is hiring a residential plumber with a strong service mindset. You’ll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in homes, guiding clients to informed decisions while upholding safety codes. Expect independent problem solving and hands-on work with well systems, gas lines, and heating basics.

Two scheduling options are available (Mon–Fri 11am–7pm or 4–10 hour shifts with at least one weekend day). A company truck, uniforms, and new tech gear support performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ year of plumbing experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is preferred
• Client focused with very good communication skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
• Strong team mentality

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead clients to informed and confident buying decisions
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes
• Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Must have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy interacting with people

• $75,000- $140,000 based on experience. Our top performers are among the highest paid technicians with unlimited earning potential in the area!

What You'll Do
