Job summary

North Elm Animal Hospital in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. This role handles phones, scheduling, and in-person client interactions with warmth, organization, and empathy.

• You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

• You’re comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
• You’re a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly.
• You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).

Schedule

Compensation

The pay for this position starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills.
