The UPS Store Grass Valley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves assisting customers face to face, by phone, and via email, addressing inquiries and issues with a friendly, helpful approach.

You will educate customers about our products and services, upsell where appropriate, and perform accurate data entry to support daily operations. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with training and a focus on excellent service.
