SunSource is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) in Granite Falls, MN with additional Savage, MN postings. You will support our outside sales team, handle inquiries, and process customer requests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pricing, quotations, product availability, delivery schedules, order status, returns, and documentation while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed service expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to pricing and quotations, product availability and delivery schedules, order status updates, returns and credits, and order expedites.
• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.

We are currently seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our team and support both our outside sales team and valued customers.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
