Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution for multiple customers and sales staff. You will use knowledge of products, logistics, production planning and inventory management to maintain strong relationships.

You will communicate with customers, provide proactive service, resolve queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time order fulfillment while tracking status and addressing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related customer service experience.
