Engineering Systems Technology, Inc. is a privately owned Fire Alarm and Engineering company with over twenty years in the South Florida market. We seek the right individual to join our family as a Customer Service Representative in our service department.

Responsibilities include scheduling service requests, assigning calls to field technicians, arranging inspections with customers and sending reminders, plus other service-related tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners and printers)
