Job summary

The Grounds Guys, LLC in El Dorado, KS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Office Administration team. You will focus on delivering superior customer service, manage communications, schedule jobs, and track progress to boost client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, entering estimates, updating calendars, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and internal teams while upholding all company policies and ethics.

• Monitoring all software for customer communication and responding in a timely manner.
• Schedule technician jobs efficiently and to the standards expected.
• Weekly customer communication on job status/progress for sold work.
• Schedule estimates on the Outlook calendar for our sales team.
• Follow up with customers after completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction with work.
• Assist sales team with follow up on sent proposals.
• Enter Backflow Tests daily to appropriate city.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
• Other - Start management of company human resources systems and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Objective:

The CSR’s primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction exceeds the standards set out by The Grounds Guys through outstanding customer service and tracking of key results areas.
