Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused representative to handle inbound calls and educate patients on products and services. The role includes processing orders, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team
• Consistently meet required KPIs
• Perform other duties as required
