Accendra Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a positive patient experience by educating them on products and services, addressing questions, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound center.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service, call center experience preferred, and strong communication. Proficiency with MS Office and multiple platforms is required, with a willingness to learn our brand therapies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.

• Use full product knowledge of Therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
