Due to company growth, AmeriWater is seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The Customer Service Representative processes customer orders, from electronic or verbal requests. Assists with customer inquiries including part numbers, freight quotes, tracking information, product lead times, literature, and manuals. Handles Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests for warranty claims on defective parts, tracks RMAs, and contacts customers for return shipments. Notifies the Quality Department of significant complaints for trending purposes. Files completed sales orders manually or electronically.
The position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration.
